FAQ

What exactly do I get?

One Galactic Ink coloring blanket printed edge to edge in the design you pick: Galaxy Battle, Swamp Training or Ice Planet Siege.

How does it work?

The blanket arrives as black line art on a light background. Color it in, a little at a time or all in one weekend, solo or with the whole family.

Can I mix designs in a bundle?

Yes. Bundle discounts count every blanket in your cart, so 2 or 3 different designs still get 10% or 15% off.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–14 business days. Every order includes tracking. Buying it as a gift? Order 2–3 weeks ahead to be safe. Full details on our Shipping Policy.

What if something goes wrong?

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective or in the wrong design, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

What is shipping protection?

An optional $4.99 add-on. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it at no cost.

How do I contact you?

Email galacticink@outlook.com. We reply within 1–2 business days.
